There is very little in this price range in the area (Firestone, Frederick, Longmont, Mead) that is in this condition for this price. The home includes all the upgrades you’d like, slab granite, tile with accent, nice fixtures, 2 fireplaces, etc. It’s in move in ready condition with the builder warranty transferrable.
