This home is spacious for sure- with 3496 square feet of space above ground(and a basement of 624 sq ft) it has room for everyone. This model has a HUGE loft that is great for extra living space upstairs, while having a large family room on the main level as well. It is a home with no frills- clean and basic, but its layout gives it huge potential to get some upgrades to make it your own. An interesting fact in this neighborhood- Another home that has a west facing yard is on the market $2000 below this one, so I think a price adjustment will be in the future for these sellers.
It’s a good house, so it will sell, probably at a lower price than it’s competitor down the street.
